Sacramento, California. Caltrans posted a video of a bear out for a walk who comes across an orange traffic cone that is tipped over to its side. The bear stops and grabs the cone in their teeth and stands the cone back upright, positioning it just right with a nudge. Satisfied with a job well done, the bear continues down the road.
